Children seen among the congregation following Jesus

M't:14:21: And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

 

M't:15:38: And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children.

 

Eph:6:1: Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Eph:6:4: And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

 

Col:3:20: Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord. Col:3:21: Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.

 

Lu:18:15-17: And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

 

M'r:10:13-16: And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.

 

M't:18:1: At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?M't:18:2: And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,M't:18:3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. M't:10:42: And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

 

M't:21:15: And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,

 

M'r:9:37: Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.

 

Lu:11:13: If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

 

Ac:21:5: And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.
